Communicate reminders verbally

I can not speak enough good things about this company. I've been riding with them since June of last year when I came home from the hospital. Let's first start with the polite and professionalism of their drivers. You're always greeted with a smile. If you're feeling chatty they'll listen and talk to you. Your driver will become like family. The last big ride I had with them... my driver sat through my aunt's funeral, wiped my tears and pat my back. It's gestures like this that add to the score and continuance of their service. Next we have the vans that are used: clean, sanitized, and always have a pleasant scent. Just going to go back to the drivers one more time: they are always willing to lend a helping hand. I have rode with drivers from some companies that drop you at the door like you figure it out. Just can't speak enough of the wonderful job they do! Thirdly: you are reminded the day before your ride a day before hand, and the day of your ride you get a heads-up text and another one when they are outside.

We had a great experience with Careavan! We scheduled a few weeks out for them to pick up my dad from Fairhaven. They were professional, kind, and prompt. They took every precaution to make sure my dad was comfortable and cared for, and he loved his outing. We will definitely be using this service again!

Care van is a blessing. My dad is paralyzed in a wheel chair and care van makes his doctor visits easy.

Are they expensive? Yes! However, all of these transport places are expensive. My mom talks about how extensively they strap her in and make sure she is safe. She also tells me how nice and friendly the drivers are. This means a lot to me! I will continue to use them!

Overall the service was good.
I was disappointed with the information/services I was told would be provided but did not receive. I will not mention the representative's name who told me the information.

I was told a wheelchair would be provided, but, it was not. Thank God my sister had a borrowed one still in her car. The driver said they must have run out before his pick up.

We were told they would help carry my mother down the four steps. The driver said, they could not do that. Thank God my husband and brothers were there to help.

We were told they would arrive an hour early, but they were 10 minutes late. My sister went ahead and checked my mother in. The nurses were standing at the door waiting.

We were told, the driver would take her to the doctor 's office and wait for them to check her in and then leave. She was dropped off and the driver left. We pushed her in.

On the plus side, we didn't wait long for them to come back and get her and they took her home.

It was pricey, but, I was glad for the service because we couldn't transport her by car.

I had a terrible fall and broke multiple bones a few weeks ago. I couldn't go to my doctor in my vehicle, as my leg braces won't fit in. This service picked me up and brought me home from ashville, Alabama to Birmingham and back. The drivers were wonderful people ...especially the female who picked me up initially... She calmed me down and dealt with issues we had ( couldn't get down the steps in wheelchair). I've been thru so much lately and it was nice to know someone was listening to my concerns and fears, even tho it wasn't even her job to. Date of service was Nov 8, 23. Thank you. Please tell this special lady what a difference she made in my day!!

I recently scheduled for Careavan to transport my wheelchair bound mother to my father's funeral. Darius was extremely compassionate and went above and beyond to help get the transportation scheduled, even staying past his time to leave for the day just to make sure all of the details were taken care of for us. My sister also rode on the trip with my Mom and she couldn't say enough good things about Tony, the driver. She was very complimentary about how nice he was to them both and also how very professional he was with his driving. I also met and spoke with Tony for a few minutes at the funeral and he was so kind and just wanted to do everything he could to make sure my mom was taken care of. I am very appreciative of the service we received from Careavan and I only gave them 5 stars because that's as high as they will allow.

Reliable and on time...got my Aunt home from rehab with no issues👍

We called Careavan at 6:00 pm to arrange a ride for my wife from hospital to home that evening. Our driver arrived at 7:15, the time we requested, brought wheelchair right to hospital room, helped her into the chair, took her to the van and secured her for the ride. Not only brought her to the house, he took right to the room we want and helped her get out of the chair. From my experience I would give this company and employees 10 stars if I could.

I currently have 2 broken ankles that are non weight bearing and need transport to doctors. When I say Careavan is phenomenal I truly mean it. I can’t remember everyone’s name but Cheri and Kim were amazing and we talked about so many things as I also lost my husband on May 1st and my accident happened on May 6th.
The company is very professional and go above and beyond in transporting me to my appointments. It sure has taken a lot is stress off of me to know they will take me and pick me up and to know I’m safe. I would recommend Careavan to anyone. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
